How it works:

Current and past tools: Tools are grouped by their status—either currently in use or no longer needed

Detailed tracking: For each tool, you can record the name, status, department using it, expiration date, monthly and yearly costs, admin contact, number of users, and any relevant login info or note.
Automations keeps the board cleaned and updated:

When a tool’s status is changed to “Not Relevant,” it moves to the Past Tools group

The admin is notified when a tool is close to its expiration date
