Our Process

The key to our process is collaboration and keeping it simple. Setting up and optimizing a workflow is a joint effort, so we need your input! While we take the time to learn the ins and outs of your company, we still need your input as you are the one using the workflow every day. We also strive to create a powerful yet simple workflow so you will actually use it on a daily basis.

1. Project & Workflow Discovery

This is chance to get to know each other and discuss goals and expectations. We start with one workflow and discuss it in depth. We map out an implementation approach and roadmap of our implementation plan.

2. Implementation & Build

Your monday.com boards are built out and there will be ongoing sessions and discussions to review the process, automation and setup. We spend the time to figure out how the process can be automated to save you time.

3. Analysis & Revisions

In addition to reviewing the boards together, we want you to take the time to test out the workflow. There will probably be a number of edits once you realize what is and what is not working for you.

4. Onboarding & Training

An in-depth training and onboarding session will show you how to use the workflow on a daily basis and become a Monday.com pro. Our goal is for you to take ownership of the process.
