All support plans are billed quarterly to provide consistent, reliable service for your team. Once you’ve paid for your current quarter, that billing period cannot be cancelled or refunded, ensuring uninterrupted support coverage. However, you can cancel your plan for the following quarter by providing written notice 3 days before your next billing cycle begins. This quarterly structure allows us to maintain dedicated support resources for your team while giving you the flexibility to adjust your support needs with proper advance notice.
Yes, the plans are automatically billed quarterly. If you would like to chance it, then you need to let us know in writing up to 3 days BEFORE the next payment date.
