Once you’ve paid for, that billing period cannot be cancelled or refunded, ensuring uninterrupted support coverage. However, you can cancel your plan for the following year by providing written notice 3 days before your next billing cycle begins. 

Yes, the plans are automatically billed annually. If you would like to cancel it, then you need to let us know in writing up to 3 days BEFORE the next payment date.
