Files & dashboards: Use the “Files” column to store contracts or relevant documents, and check the dashboard for an overview of team size, and other key data points.
Form view: New employee? Use the form to collect their details and auto-populate the board.
Automation highlights:
When a start date is entered, the next anniversary date is automatically calculated.
On the anniversary date, the system updates the date for the following year and clears any reminders.
If an employee is marked as ‘Past’ or ‘Terminated,’ their record moves to the Past Employees group automatically.
