Update 1: You can now edit and merge board data to your existing DOCx directly in GetSign!
Previously, users could upload PDF files and sign documents, but editing uploaded DOCX files was not an option.
Now, with the latest update, you can:
- Upload your DOCX files directly into GetSign.
- Seamlessly edit your DOCX or PDF documents using the editor that offers rich formatting options.
- Insert board data like directly into the document so you don’t have to manually edit the templates.
Update 2: Customize email subjects using item names on it.
To make your workflow even smoother, there is now an option to set the item name column as the email subject when sending documents for signing.
This helps ensure clarity and consistency in communication.
Update 3: Set Email Reminders
Stay on top of your signing process with automated email reminders.
Now, if a document is not signed, reminders will be sent automatically after 24 or 72 hours, ensuring no critical task goes overlooked.
